Thanks for joining the Nebraskans group. I hope to see this group grow rapidly so we can get to know one another, and possibly arrange a get-together or something. In the meanwhile, please feel free to begin some conversation in here, to get the interest churning!

Hello from frozen Lincoln. I just joined tribe.net and was surprised to see a Nebraska tribe. It's good to know that there are others in NE that are aware of the internet.

I'm up in a very frigid Omaha, but I'm considering moving to Phoenix after living in Omaha for nearly 5 years, and Columbus for 18 years before that. Nice and warm there right now.....but I kinda like this place too....

Also from Omaha, although the weather is nicer now. (But soon it will be time for the summer hot season.) What would Nebraskans do if we couldn't complain about the weather? Born and raised in a small (very small) town called Holdrege. Lived in Omaha for 12 years now. Thought about moving to escape the winters, but don't know where I'd go.

Howdy...hahaha....(snicker) *Cough* um. I'm new to tribe.net but. I'm not new to Nebraska. I live in Grand Island. The retirement town of Nebraska. If you don't know anything about good ol' G.I. lemme tell ya. We have a lot of Senior Citizens (not saying that's bad) But we also have the honor of being called the Meth Capital of the WORLD *(per capita)* So, It dawns on me. That its the Senior Citizens that are all hopped up on Meth, and giving this great city a bad Rap. Other than that.............we have a 24 hr Wal*mart, that's about it.

Maybe Wal-Mart pays its greeters in Meth, and that's why your senior citizens are all hooked.

Hello, everyone. May all my tribemates henceforth be aware of my existence!

Ha ha ha, that's crazy, we all know that the wal*mart greeters give aways smiley face stickers laced with meth to the children as they walk in to get them hooked earlier, and in return, the greeters aren't put back in elderly women's underwear dept.
